Customer Enrollment Representative Interstellar Management Firm Manchester, NH We are a rapidly expanding sales management firm, dedicated to connecting brands to their customers with innovative products, personalized approach, and reliable communication. Our team offers comprehensive coaching and training, focusing on promotional customer enrollment strategies, problem-solving, understanding buyer psychology, and enhancing communication, sales, and public speaking skills. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Enrollment Representative who excels at capturing attention and driving revenue through a personal enrollment sales approach. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our clients’ services to maximize satisfaction. The ideal candidate is consultative, influential, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Present products and services to new and existing customers in a clear, engaging manner Leverage company leads and systems to explore new enrollment opportunities Build and maintain relationships with customers to effectively close sales in assigned territories Set and achieve sales and gross margin goals for your territory Develop and execute sales strategies that focus on account growth and client goals Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and reports Stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and increase revenue Participate in training sessions focused on team-building, mentorship, and the latest sales strategies Provide feedback to sales management on customer needs and product enhancements

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role (preferred) Strong presentation and persuasive skills with a drive to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance A positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Outgoing and comfortable working directly with customers to drive new business

$48,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
