A day in the life of a Digital Coordinator at Timberland looks a little like this. In this role, you will be a trusted member of the media and digital marketing team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing & Media. The goal of this role will be to enhance the go to market process for all media and digital marketing efforts, acting as a project manager and strategic engine for campaign planning and day to day operations. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. Support in the development and deployment of regional media plans for both Brand and Performance media. Take lead in collaboration between our internal brand/creative teams and the media agency to deliver campaign creative tool kits in an organized and timely manner. Support Sr Manager of Marketing with development of dashboards and internal reporting. Support Sr Manager of Marketing with development of new strategies around Marketplaces (Amazon.com, Target+, etc.), Social Commerce and Influencers. Research market trends and competitor activity to help layer market insights into strategic processes. What do you need to succeed? We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1-3 years of experience and professional achievements. The foundation skills you will need in this position are: Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Suite) Experience with media platforms including Google Ads, META Business Manager, TikTok Ads and other primary media platforms Experience with Google Analytics, Looker and other Analytics platforms Aptitude to quickly learn Strong project and time management skills Strong collaboration and communication skills Strong research and analytics skills Detail oriented There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred. Hiring Range:

$52,000.00 USD – $65,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential:
