Job Description:

Marketing and Design Coordinator (Full-Time at our Fort Lee, NJ HQ Office) We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing and Design Coordinator to join our franchisee support team. This dual role focuses on social media marketing and graphic design while also serving as the primary point of contact for incoming requests from our franchisee network. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of social media platforms, and excellent interpersonal skills. Marketing and Design (Primary Focus – 70%)

• Design branded marketing materials, including graphics, promotions and content on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Develop engaging posts that support brand recognition and drive a strong national brand identity and local unit growth.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or questions as needed.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets. Franchise Support and Coordination (30%)
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming franchisee requests.
• Log, prioritize and route requests to the appropriate team member or department.
• Ensure timely follow-up as needed and maintain professional communication with franchisees.
• Provide occasional assistance or guidance on local marketing strategies for our franchisee network. Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing and graphic design .
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop or similar.
• Demonstrated experience managing business accounts on Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Effective communication and organizational skills with a proactive and helpful attitude. Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experience working for a franchisor company in a marketing/design capacity.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact email marketing)
• Experience managing Google Business pages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task/prioritize work.
