Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented candidate to join our Direct Mail team to manage and coordinate strategic print communications initiatives to existing members and policyholders. The Marketing Production Coordinator will play a hands-on role in executing direct mail campaigns across end-to-end production from inception to in-home. This individual will be responsible for coordinating print asset files and creative materials across multiple brands and tactics, liaising between internal team stakeholders and external print vendors, managing internal production schedules and timelines, and ensuring quality control and accuracy of all final print communications. This role is ideal for a candidate with account management or project management experience with close eye for detail in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Creative Coordination:

Aligns with Member Experience and Account teams on communications strategy, scope, and mailing cadence to target in-home dates Requests and coordinates mail art files between internal Creative team and Account teams to track revisions, edits, and final approved print files to vendor production team, overseeing version control and documentation Actively coordinates internal and external email communication to drive forward progress to ensure appropriate timelines are met

Mail File Data Operations:

Coordinates and prepares with data Operations teams all file merge data including member list data, variable benefits, geographic data, and automated processes to ensure correct mapping of fields to final mail files with print production teams Investigates and resolves data discrepancies and issues between data and production teams on pre-production files

Quality Assurance and Auditing:

Conducts weekly and daily quality assurance checks and proofing of production files to ensure brand, product, and compliances practices to ensure accuracy of final production Troubleshoots discrepancies between internal data and final data files to resolves disparities in final production files Implements standardization and operating procedures and practices to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices

Campaign Tracking Configuration and Reporting:

Requests and documents all tracking parameters from Reporting team including phone number configuration and internal routing to ensure correct reporting of campaign performance Monitors and reports on campaign performance, delivery, and other key performance indicators

Project Management:

Meets weekly and daily with internal and external stakeholders on project status and maintains internal project management views of campaign status, identifying any delays or risks with timelines and production schedules Manages external communications with print vendors to coordinate status to ensure up-to-date timelines are met Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation. Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible to participate in the annual bonus program.
