Job Function:

Assist in planning and executing client events, seminars, and networking opportunities. Support attorneys with speaking engagements by creating collateral, presentations, and managing logistics. Manage firm sponsorships with business and legal organizations to maximize exposure and benefits. Update the firm website with bios, publications, speaking engagements, and news, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Track rankings, awards, and survey submissions; assist with annual submissions and award nominations. Oversee the firm’s social media channels, including content posting and scheduling. Perform other duties as needed to support firm goals.

Job Requirements:

2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services setting. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic graphic design experience preferred.
