The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on both new business development and account management. Duties Engage with potential clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings to promote our products and services. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on long-term relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related activities to promote the company’s offerings. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in B2B sales, account management, or direct sales is highly desirable. Proficiency in inside sales techniques and retail sales experience is a plus. Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals. Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies. Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
