Full Job Description Position Overview:

We’re seeking a creative, reliable, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to lead and manage all things marketing. You’ll be responsible for developing our brand presence across platforms, managing content, running promotions, creating marketing materials, and supporting both the real estate office and related events.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement weekly marketing plans Design flyers, social media posts, and branded materials using Canva (or similar tools) Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Create marketing content for listings, open houses, team events, and agent recruitment Maintain brand consistency across all channels Take and edit photos/videos as needed for campaigns or events Coordinate marketing for Lim Bances Realty and affiliated academy programs Work closely with management to execute monthly marketing goals

Qualifications:

Proven experience with marketing, content creation, or branding Strong skills in Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and general digital tools Creative eye and ability to work independently Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required Knowledge or interest in real estate is a bonus
