Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and territory management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through effective account management. Oversee outside sales efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Utilize software tools for tracking sales metrics, analyzing data, and reporting on performance. Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Skills Proven experience in sales management with a focus on achieving targets. Strong understanding of upselling techniques and territory management principles. Excellent account management skills with the ability to foster long-term client relationships. Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis and reporting purposes. Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all levels. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
