Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator serves as the primary marketing support team member for agents within a designated market, providing strategic and tactical assistance to enhance agent visibility and property exposure. This role is responsible for managing local advertising, ensuring brand consistency, and overseeing office-level social media efforts. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, tech-savvy marketing professional with a strong eye for design and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Marketing & Advertising Support Partner with agents to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote their listings effectively. Create and proof local print and digital advertisements, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and agent + corporate approval before submission. Maintain relationships with local publications to reserve ad space, submit materials, and track deadlines. Educate agents on available marketing tools, corporate initiatives, and best practices. Social Media & Content Management Manage social media accounts for the assigned office(s), ensuring consistent, engaging content that aligns with corporate branding and local market trends. Post and promote social media assets, including property features, agent spotlights, and community highlights. Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to integrate office-level social content into broader company campaigns. Brand Consistency & Corporate Liaison Serve as the link between corporate marketing and local offices, ensuring the implementation of company-wide marketing programs and campaigns. Maintain brand integrity by adhering to Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty standards across all marketing materials. Stay informed on new marketing initiatives and educate agents on best practices for maximizing exposure. Administrative & Operational Support Organize and manage marketing files, assets, and publication deadlines. Provide occasional administrative support, including answering phones, compiling CMAs, and assisting with office operations. Troubleshoot marketing technology tools and assist agents in navigating digital platforms.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Strong computer skills, including file management and digital organization. Social media expertise, with experience in content creation and platform management. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (required). Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and grammar. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet strict publication deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with agents and corporate teams. At least 2 years of marketing experience. Experience in real estate marketing is a plus. Job Type:

$65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
