Vanteon is seeking a Relationship Coordinator to join our team. The position will support the CFO primarily with marketing, accounting, and other administrative tasks. This is a new role for Vanteon and a successful candidate will really be able to shape the position.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The following is a list of expected duties to be involved in this position, this is not fully inclusive, and the CFO may assign other duties: Administrative-related Duties (~25%) Greet and welcome visitors (in-person and on phone) to Vanteon offices and directing them appropriately Ensure that Vanteon’s sign-in and other security procedures are followed Collaborate with external parties as needed, including building maintenance, travel agencies, and vendors. Other administrative support such as AP/AR, shipping/receiving, meeting setup, and event coordination. Marketing-related Duties (~25%) Compose and post professional online content to the company website and social media accounts. Work with the sales team to create appropriate marketing materials, including printed, digital, and video-based. Assist sales staff with preparation for tradeshows. Conduct relevent marketing and product related research Review and assist in maintaining customer-relationship management system (NetSuite) Employee Engagement Duties (~25%) Proactively engage with employees (i.e., Internal News Bulletin Board, News Letters, Emails) Skills and experience surveys/tracking Organize employee events such as holiday parties, happy hours, and charitable causes LabProject Support (~25%) Assist in maintaining the hardware lab (i.e., general organization, equipment inventory, calibration, etc.) Review and maintain stock components in collaboration with engineering Tracking of high-value evaluation/development kits Admin Support project and internal contract manufacturing builds
Required Skills/Abilities:
Soft Skills Outgoing and professional demeanor in verbal and written communications Ability to learn, work, and solve problems independently Should be a proactive self-starter and be able to anticipate the needs of other team members Technical Skills Detail-oriented person, especially with regard to proofreading materials for spelling and grammar issues High degree of proficiency using Microsoft Office programs (Word, ExcelPowerPoint) Experience with a CRM system or the ability to learn new software systems Independent research skills and confidence to present results You should be comfortable communicating with outside parties – customers, partners, vendors, and others – in person, on the phone, via remote meetings, and in writing. This is a key skill needed for this role.
Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree in a relevant field of study (i.e., business administration, marketing, digital marketing, English) or equivalent on-the-job experience. Previous experience providing marketing, accounting, or administrative support is a plus but not required. Ideal candidate has experience with WordPress, LinkedIn, Canva, Constant Contact, and ChatGPT. Other Requirements Duties require a physical office presence. Expected working hours are Monday to Friday ~8:00 am to ~5:00 pm. Normally 40-hours per week with possible overtime in certain circumstances. A valid current driver’s license is required to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this position. Must be able to travel locally as needed to perform some duties. Due to the nature of this role, you will be expected to regularly participate/attend employee-centric events

Compensation Range Although a candidate’s specific compensation will depend highly on their specific skills and experience, the anticipated compensation range for this position is $19.00 to $24.00, plus a competitive benefits package.
