Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search foran experienced Email Marketing Coordinator located in NY, NY. Thisposition is a freelance, approx 1 month job opportunity.

Job Summary:

Position Overview:

The Email Coordinator is responsible for executing brand emailmarketing campaigns from beginning to end. This is a highly visiblerole as email touches the most senior members in the organization.

This position is highly collaborative and requires working withcross-functional partners including members of Marketing, CustomerRelationship Management, Planning, Merchandising, and Creativeteams.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Help manage the brand daily email process from start tofinish.
• Help manage the store email communications
• Prepare creative briefs that include creative, copy, and featuredmerchandise direction for company/ brand emails.
• Route emails to cross-functional partners to solicit feedback andincorporate necessary changes into the creative.
• Deliver final approved creative assets to our 3rd party emailvendor with instruction sheets describing campaign set-up andsegmentation direction.
• QA the final test emails ensuring accuracy of creative,disclaimers and subject lines.
• Generate email reports on daily brand email campaigns.
• Execute test emails to optimize campaigns and overallprogram.
