Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and client-facing initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth communication across departments Duties Assist in the development and implementation of offline marketing campaigns and promotional strategies. Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, mailers, and print collateral. Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines. Support the planning and execution of in-person events, trade shows, and client meetings. Liaise with vendors, printers, and external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials. Help prepare internal reports, campaign summaries, and client-facing documents. Maintain an organized archive of marketing assets, proposals, and campaign records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project tracking tools. Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
