Automotive Business Development Representative:
Ability to work in the US and pass background checks,drug screening 1 year experience as a BDC Rep at a prior automotive dealership Responsibilities of the
Business Development/Customer Service Representative:
Direct customers to vehicle information, vehicle resources, and assist them in choosing the right vehicle based on their needs and wants Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication: phone, chat, text, or email. Develop relationships with customers and be a positive image of the dealership Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments (sales floor) promptly Set up appointments for customers to view vehicles and meet with a sales person in person Maintain an ongoing customer database to grow repeat business Meet goals that are set forth by the dealership and your department

$44,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
