Role Overview We’re hiring a Graphic Designer & Project Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time at our Westchester office. This dual role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment—where no two days look the same. You’ll be responsible for leading the design of visual assets across platforms and coordinating key marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design (60%) Create compelling, on-brand assets for print, digital, packaging, email, and social media Design marketing collateral for events, retail partnerships, trade shows, and product launches Support paid media with high-converting ad creative Own file organization, version control, and design asset delivery Maintain visual brand consistency across all channels Project Marketing Coordination (40%) Assist with planning and executing product launches, campaign rollouts, and brand activations Own creative timelines and collaborate with marketing, ops, and partnerships teams Track deliverables, route assets for approvals, and ensure all projects stay on schedule Help organize and prepare assets and materials for events, both local and national Support with vendor coordination and light copywriting for packaging or event materials Qualifications 3+ years of experience in graphic design (beauty, lifestyle, or CPG strongly preferred) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma; bonus: motion graphics or light video editing Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities Excellent attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and clear communication skills Experience in retail, influencer, or event-driven brands a plus

Compensation Salary Range:

$65,000-$70,000/year (based on experience) Benefits include: health insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and access to exclusive brand events
