The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and warm leads, while effectively communicating our market offerings to potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and a strong ability to leverage software tools, including Salesforce, to track progress and manage customer relationships. Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Engage in warm calling efforts to follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns. Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help shape future offerings. Skills Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, with a focus on outbound calling. Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Knowledge of business development principles and techniques that drive sales success. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
