POSITION SUMMARY
Mackin Engineers & Consultants is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Pittsburgh office. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative team of professionals who are passionate about storytelling, strategy, and supporting meaningful projects across the region. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in proposal development, branding, and outreach efforts—helping to shape the voice and visual identity of the firm. This role also supports a variety of administrative tasks that keep the office and team running smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support proposal development, marketing collateral, and graphic design Maintain resumes, project sheets, and firm qualifications Assist with website updates, social media content, and branding efforts Assist with branding, graphics, and template creation to maintain visual consistency Research and track business opportunities and support client outreach Coordinate trade shows, events, and internal communications Provide administrative support across departments including scheduling, supplies inventory, building maintenance, mailings, general office duties, and file management Assist with tasks related to HR, accounting, and general office operations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
2-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail Graphic design experience a plus
