Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Marketing Coordinator to support Estate Planning seminars across the United States. In this role, you will oversee marketing operations by collaborating closely with external vendors to facilitate effective ad placements. Although not directly responsible for ad creation or management, your role is pivotal in the organization, analysis, and reporting of marketing-related data.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with vendors to coordinate timely and efficient advertisement placements for Estate Planning seminars. Manage and maintain accurate marketing data, ensuring integrity, timeliness, and clarity. Conduct thorough data analysis using spreadsheets and specialized marketing analytics software. Generate detailed reports and deliver actionable insights based on marketing performance data. Maintain consistent communication and rigorous follow-up with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Highly detail-oriented and organized, with demonstrated proficiency in managing data and vendor relationships. Advanced skills in spreadsheet usage (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data analytics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications:
