To reach this goal, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will execute marketing strategies, coordinate campaigns and provide essential support to Sales and the organization to meet company goals.
Accountabilities Include:
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, digital ads, print, etc.).
Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports and insights for optimization.
Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms with new content and updates.
Help manage the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met for all deliverables.
Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, and performance tracking.
Manage inventory of marketing materials and promotional items. Requirements for
Success:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing support role or similar position.
A minimum of 2 years graphic design experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Experience with digital marketing trends, SEO and content creation.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools preferred.
Experience with event planning and/or trade show coordination preferred.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to effectively express ideas and information.
Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to follow policies, processes and procedures.
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to task in completing assignments with quality outputs.
Basic math computation skills to include, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and fractions.
Computer skills include understanding basic computer manipulation, managing computer files, word processing, using spreadsheets and databases, creating presentations, finding information, and communicating.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and marketing software (CRM, email platforms, social media tools, etc).
Professional, self-starter who is reliable, solutions oriented, flexible, proactive, resilient, organized, and punctual.
