Outside Sales Representative/Sales Marketing Sawtech USA New Castle, PA 16101 • Hybrid work Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients within your designated territory. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities, promote our products, and drive revenue growth through effective customer engagement and customer service. Selling industrial equipment and supplies. Experience in industrial supplies would be recommended. Sells experience would be recommended. Also, potential sales manager. Be able to work and mange in an office when needed. Would do multiple jobs besides sales and be a key person in helping grow the company. Other duty would be marketing. Duties Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and networking within your assigned territory. Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and identify trends that can influence sales strategies. Deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales potential during client interactions. Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support for client needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress using CRM software. Any experience as an office administrator or sales manager is a plus but not a must. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Experience in inside sales or cold calling is a plus. Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
