None Position Overview:

The primary focus is administrative in a support role of activation and fulfillment of partnerships and major accounts including brands like Yuengling, Wind Creek Casino, Coca Cola, Martin Guitar, Capital Blue Cross, Air Products, PPL, Service Electric, PNC Bank and more than 250 additional partners.

Essential Job Functions:

Account partnership coordination oversite working with internal resources including: Sponsorship benefit fulfillment tracking in Microsoft Excel; communication with partners on benefit deadlines and creative assets (ads, banners, social media content/graphics, etc.). Coordination with the Marketing and Operations Departments on the implementation and placement of signage acknowledging partner(s). Promotions and onsite experiential activations, sponsorship check-ins at events and festivals on weekdays and potential evenings and weekend dates. Manage the Musikfest Street Team; communicate with sponsors on their giveaways; track the giveaways and create a schedule; work with the Marketing and PR interns on handing out the giveaways during Musikfest. Contests and sweepstakes for one-of-a-kind prizes and experiences. Ticket coordination and fulfillment. Artonomous Media advertising fulfillment. Musikfest Parking Pass tracking for sponsors. Brand inclusion in marketing efforts. Social media and email campaigns integrated into festival and event marketing efforts and contests. Oversee fulfillment and onsite support for sponsors, mobile marketers and exhibitors making sure that all contractual benefits of sponsorship are delivered successfully. Up to 40% of time will be spent on other account fulfillment and activation. Electronically create, update, and maintain media, sponsorship, and in-kind contractual agreements. Assist the marketing team in preparing Marketing, Sponsorship and Development presentations, packets of materials, etc. Assist Marketing and sponsorship teams with partnership recaps, Return on Investment (ROI) reports. Support the Advancement team with any additional duties that may be required across the department as needed. Support of the Sales Team with follow-up calls to local businesses re: potential partnership opportunities, when necessary. Write and deploy the monthly Sponsorship e-Newsletter. Represent the Sponsorship Department at weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Outgoing, approachable, and dynamic relationship builder; a strong communicator, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; ability to use the telephone, computer, and e-mail to communicate in a professional manner. Ability to interact with a wide variety of people, including sponsors, staff, volunteers, and patrons, both on the phone, in person and by e-mail communications. Extremely well-organized; ability to function easily, cooperatively, and independently in a fast-paced, ever changing, deadline-driven work environment. Exceptional time-management skills; project management skills are highly desirable. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, process oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel (use of pivot tables, multi-channel, charts, v-lookups, etc.), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher required; proficiency with Raiser’s Edge or another similar Sponsor/Donor software a plus; experience with Adobe Systems and Canva a plus. A reliable means of transportation to move from building to building as needed as well as the ability to attend meetings offsite locally and regionally as necessary. The ability to work a non-traditional work schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

The employee frequently is required to lift and transport light to moderately heavy objects, up to 25 pounds frequently, with or without reasonable accommodation. Employee is frequently required to travel between our facilities, all within 1 mile of one another using reliable transportation. Employee is occasionally required to travel offsite for business meetings as needed. Employee should be able to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions to support business activities, festivals and events.
