Account Executive –
Printing Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Generate leads, pitch products, and close sales for printingservices.
Client Relations:
Develop and maintain relationships withexisting and potential customers.
Contract Negotiation:
Draft andnegotiate contracts for printing jobs.
Customer Service:
Provideexcellent service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
Account Management:
Maintain customer accounts, track orders, andfollow up on projects.
Market Research:
Monitor industry trends,competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
Keep track of sales activities, track performance against targets,and report on results.
Presentation and Proposal:
Developpresentations and proposals for potential clients.
ProductKnowledge:
Stay informed about new products, services, and printingtechnologies.
Required Skills:
Strong sales and communicationskills. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Negotiationand presentation skills. Organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Knowledge ofprinting technologies and processes (helpful). Additional Duties(depending on the company): Cold calling and prospecting. Providingtechnical advice to customers. Collaborating with other departments(e.g., customer service
Commission:
