We are looking for a results-driven and highly organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support out sales team and drive efficient operations. Sales & Marketing Responsibilities Maintain sales documentation and reports. Serve as a point of contact between sales, marketing, and other departments. Expedite and ensure accuracy with all administrative correspondence. Track sales targets and report on team performance using CRM systems and Excel/analytics tools. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, contracts, presentations, handling client communications and managing client records. Assist the marketing team in the execution of straregic initiatives that drive customer engagement, increase sales and build brand awareness. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related materials. Collaborate with external vendors as needed. Process sales agreements and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant. Assist in the preparation and organizing of sales & marketing materials for events and/or presentations. Coordinate production of marketing materials, including brochures and promotional items as needed. Work with outside vendors on email newsletters and social media content. Support the sales team in lead generation efforts and follow-up communications. Maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales team. Sales & Marketing Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role and/or previous experience in a sales-related field. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Excel, Google Sheets and AI Tools pertinent to the rôle. Strong critical and creative thinking capabilities to identify and resolve issues. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently and on multiple tasks. Strong organizational and planning skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain concepts in simple terms to potential clients and be able to accurately describe products. Must possess a sense of urgency with ability to work effectively in a potentially high stress environment. Compensation You will be classified as a non-exempt employee, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Salary is between $52K – $58K, depending on experience.

Benefits:

Two (2) weeks of paid time off annually after ninety (90) days which is accrued beginning on your date of hire. Ten (10) paid holidays and additional paid days at the company’s discretion. Floating holiday for birthday after 90 days. Eligible for the 401K Plan immediately upon hire. Eligible for health insurance for which Home Healthsmith pays 50% towards employee costs only immediately upon hire. Eligible for dental and vision insurance at 100% cost to employee immediately upon hire. Monthly stipend towards technology expense. Eligible to participate in a companywide bonus plan which is a pool of 20% of profits.
