Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation & Marketing Coordinator to help power our sales pipeline and build awareness across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional who thrives on driving qualified leads and executing strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage tradeshows and industry events to increase visibility and generate leads. Assist in the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across: Digital media (e.g., SEO, SEA, LinkedIn, YouTube) Print media (e.g., newsletters, ad campaigns, brochures, catalogs) Leverage modern tools and tactics to drive demand and generate high-quality leads. Work with sales and management to track leads, follow up on quotes, and manage the lead funnel efficiently. Create compelling marketing content aligned with our brand voice and business goals. Coordinate with our HQ marketing team to align global and regional strategies. Ensure marketing activities stay within budget and deliver measurable ROI. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Marketing budget utilization efficiency Growth of a relevant LinkedIn follower base Increase in organic inbound leads (via phone, email, and website) Improved lead engagement and conversion rates

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or demand generation role (internships included). Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools) and CRM/sales tools (e.g. SalesForce, Hubspot,…). Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency. Knowledge of content marketing and B2B marketing practices Basic understanding of lead management and sales funnels. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns. Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate across teams and with headquarters. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as needed. Passion for marketing, creativity, and continuous learning.
