Job Overview The Marketing Coordinator at Symbios Medical Services is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition, promote services, and enhance brand visibility in the local community. This entry- to mid-level role involves creating content, managing campaigns, and building relationships with community partners to drive engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and passionate about healthcare marketing.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (e.g., social media, email, local media) to promote services like regenerative health treatments, primary care, and aesthetic spa offerings.
Content Creation:
Develop and maintain marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, brochures, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with Symbios’ brand and patient-centric focus.
Community Engagement:
Build relationships with local organizations, hospitals, and referral sources to generate leads and increase patient volume. Represent Symbios at community events and networking opportunities.
Event Coordination:
Organize and promote events such as health workshops, open houses, or spa promotions, managing logistics, vendors, and promotional materials.
Market Research:
Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Data Tracking:
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or CRM systems, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend optimizations.
Brand Management:
Ensure all marketing efforts reflect Symbios’ commitment to regenerative health, patient care, and professional excellence.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., clinical staff, spa professionals) to align marketing with operational goals, manage marketing budgets, and maintain patient databases.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical spa, or a related field. Experience with patient acquisition or B2C marketing is a plus.
Certifications:
Preferred certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) or healthcare marketing (e.g., American Marketing Association’s PCM).
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication for creating compelling content and engaging with stakeholders. Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems) and Microsoft Office. Compensation and Benefits Salary:
Approximately $45,000-$55,000 annually
