Full-Time Job Summary:
The Partnerships Associate will serve as a key administrative support role within the Strategic Partnerships & Business Development department. Reporting directly to the Partnerships Director, this individual will assist in the execution of high-profile brand, sponsor, and real estate partnerships related to luxury automotive experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-starter, proactive, detail-oriented, active-listener and has an interest the world of luxury event production and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Departmental Support Provide daily administrative support to the Partnerships Director, including calendar/travel management, scheduling partner meetings, preparing call agendas, and note-taking. Assist with internal departmental organization, tracking partner deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up items. Help prepare presentations, decks, partner proposals, and recap documents in PowerPoint and Excel. Support department logistics including meeting planning, travel coordination, and asset management. Salesforce & Database Management Maintain and update the centralized partner database in Salesforce. Ensure accurate logging of all partner communications, contract statuses, and deliverables. Generate reports and data summaries as needed to support strategic initiatives. Event & Partnership Support Assist with compiling and organizing partnership materials for on-site activations. Help track partner brand assets (product shipments, promotional materials, etc.) in collaboration with the production team. Provide light on-site support for select events when needed, under the direction of the Partnerships Director. Communication & Coordination Liaise with internal teams (creative, production, logistics) to help coordinate partnership needs. Draft and format internal communications, meeting recaps, and client-ready documents as needed. Maintain clear and professional communication with brand partners and external vendors on behalf of the department.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, events, or partnerships support role; luxury, lifestyle, or agency experience a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Asana, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Experience with PowerPoint, Canva, or other presentation design tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel occasionally or provide on-site support for events if required.
