Building Materials Sales Executive 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Summerville, SC 31-W Insulation is seeking high performing sales professionals with extensive building material background. Specific product training will be provided by 31-W. This position will focus on volume builders, custom builders along with multi-family and light commercial markets. This position will be highly compensated for high performance so the ideal candidate must be a highly organized self-starter. 31-W Overview When it comes to quality home improvements for yourself or your customers, you need a company with a long-standing reputation for exceeding expectations. We still remain under family ownership while being self sufficient in almost every aspect of our services. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through cold calling and networking to generate new business opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase offerings effectively. Negotiate contracts and close sales while providing exceptional customer service. Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance sales performance. Utilize Salesforce and other tools for tracking sales activities and performance metrics. Qualifications Proven negotiation and customer service skills Experience in outside sales and account management Strong background in B2B sales and business development Familiarity with Salesforce and technology sales Ability to conduct product demos and cold calling Excellent sales management and analysis skills Knowledge of retail sales and marketing strategies
