Verizon Representative Responsibilities:
Reinforce customer buying decisions and ensure all final questions are answered appropriately and promptly Establish and update accurate customer service information files in online systems Work with the Sales Consultant team and management staff to maintain continuous process improvement and collaborate on new sales strategies Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to defuse customer frustration and move toward an effective solution Extend contact to promote and sell products or services as required to exceed individual and team sales goals Provide insights and product recommendations based on consumer needs Work company leads efficiently to capitalize on sales opportunities Negotiate contracts professionally and courteously overturning every objective You will
