What You’ll Do As A Verizon Representative:

Meet with potential clients (in an in-person setting) to identify key decision-makers and gather insights to develop personalized solutions that meet their unique needs. Our Verizon Representatives will engage with customers, address inquiries, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure a seamless experience that fosters trust and satisfaction. Stay proactive in setting appointments, following up with prospects, and closing deals to exceed sales goals and enhance customer engagement. Work closely with the Business Sales Account Specialist team to consistently hit and surpass weekly and monthly sales targets. Partner with leadership to assess performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative marketing strategies to maximize sales impact. Maintain strict adherence to company policies while handling sensitive customer information with professionalism and discretion.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek individuals for this entry-level Verizon Representative position in St. Louis. The ideal entry-level candidate has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and is a self-starter! Must be 18 years or older

Experience:

0-2 years in sales, customer service, or a fast-paced, dynamic environment such as retail, hospitality, or a startup is preferred

Education:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required

Skills:

Ability to work independently, results-driven, persuasive, positive attitude, and resilient

Travel:

The role involves daily outdoor work, including client visits and prospecting. A valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle are required. Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment, with a genuine interest in advancing a career in the marketing industry
