Full-Time Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to oversee the full scope of marketing activities including SEO, PPC, Direct Mail, Email, Social Media, and Community Events. This includes creative, design, execution and measurement. From a measurement standpoint this role is responsible for weekly metrics tracking and reporting on leads, conversion %, appointments, show rates, cost to acquire, and rna (ring no answer) rates. This role will work closely with our marketing agency, operations team, call center and local offices to ensure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing analytics, direct mail coordination, social media content creation, and basic graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Tracking & Performance Metrics:

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics by channel, including SEO, Google, Facebook, and email campaigns. Track and report on lead generation, conversions, and return on investment (ROI). Collaborate with operations and local offices to ensure quality lead management and follow-up.

Direct Mail & Campaign Coordination:

Oversee and coordinate direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely execution. Work with the Operations team to facilitate mailer drops and in-office marketing materials. Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure marketing materials align with brand standards.

Boots-on-the-Ground Marketing & Local Engagement:

Implement grassroots marketing efforts, including community outreach and local events. Collaborate with offices to create in-person marketing opportunities. Work with local businesses and organizations for cross-promotional opportunities.

Social Media & Content Creation:

Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging. Work with the marketing agency to optimize social media ad performance and track engagement.

Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Support:

Create simple graphic designs for marketing materials as needed. Work closely with the marketing agency to update ad creatives and messaging. Monitor digital advertising statistics and suggest optimizations.

Collaboration & Communication:

Partner with the operations team to align marketing efforts with business goals. Maintain open communication with local offices to support their marketing needs. Provide insights and recommendations based on marketing performance data.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a data-driven role. Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and interpreting marketing metrics (strongly proficient in Excel / GoogleSheets)
