Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and personable Marketing & Sales Coordinator who will also provide reception support as needed. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and playing a vital role in the growth and success of a luxury beauty and wellness brand.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Outreach:
Build partnerships with local businesses for collaboration and brand exposure Organize and attend local events, pop-ups, or networking opportunities Maintain and grow social media presence and assist with email campaigns Track leads, marketing efforts, and conversion data
Sales & Client Relations:
Educate clients on services, products, and treatment packages Upsell and close product and service sales Follow up with leads and current clients to build loyalty and retention Assist with managing the client database
Reception & Front Desk Support:
Greet and check in/out clients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule appointments and manage calendars Handle phone, email, and walk-in inquiries Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales or customer service experience (med spa, beauty, or wellness industry preferred) Self-motivated, organized, and outgoing Comfortable using booking software, spreadsheets, and social media platforms Must be based in or able to commute to downtown
