We are currently seeking hospitality minded Marketing and Move-In Coordinator. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care to our residents.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Marketing and Transition Coordinator works in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the community and/or specific instruction from the Marketing and Sales Director. The Marketing and Transition Coordinator performs all the necessary functions of ensuring successful events and move-ins of all future residents.

Essential Job Duties:

Assists and guides future residents in available selections (kitchens, flooring, colors, up- grades) Communicates with internal stakeholders including community leadership and other departments along with vendors as needed regarding any requests for construction / physical plant changes Completes transfers between apartments. Prepares closing documentation and internal communication timely and accurately Create electronic files for all residents. Serves as the primary contact with the future resident regarding move-in dates and details surrounding the move-in Develops and updates as needed the community move- in resource guide Staffs the office to meet business needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Coordinates events with direction from the Marketing Director. Participate in marketing events as directed by the Marketing and Sales Director. Updates as needed the community move-in resource guide Assumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in a presentable manner Embraces Extraordinary Impressions best practices in the marketing office and influences hospitality focused environment throughout the community Maintains a professional appearance at all times Maintains Salesforce, C3 Leads and C3 LinC as appropriate. Drives personal vehicle to customer home as needed to advance the sale
