SUMMARY/POSITION OVERVIEW
The Coordinator, Distribution Marketing supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at growing distribution and affiliate partnerships. This role plays a vital part in campaign execution, creative development, and day-to-day coordination between internal teams, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter with excellent time management skills and brings a proactive, team-first attitude to every project.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management & Execution Support planning and execution of monthly affiliate promotions, including material development and digital uploads. Assist in strategy development with Manager, ensuring all campaign timelines and goals are met. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, on-brand promotional assets. Track, troubleshoot, and enhance website and campaign functionalities. Creative & Content Development Develop and organize pitch decks, one-sheets, mailers, and sales collateral. Research industry trends and brainstorm creative marketing concepts for existing and new business opportunities . Ensure accuracy, branding consistency, and timely delivery of all assets. Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Worldwide Distribution, Creative, Social & Digital Team, Production, Programming, Legal, etc.) to align efforts and execute marketing plans. Maintain vendor and client communications for campaigns, activations, and events. Represent Distribution Marketing at internal and external meetings. Trade Events & Promotions Assist in planning and execution of client events, trade shows, and experiential marketing. Help manage budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts for trade activations. Support on-site coordination and logistics. Reporting & Optimization Provide regular campaign performance recaps and insights. Provide tracking and report budget in an accurate and timely manner. Handle expense reports for the Distribution Marketing Team. Monitor affiliate engagement and recommend enhancements to improve results. Assist in the development of process documentation and workflow improvements.
Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or media industry. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication, proofreading, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva (or similar tools). Strategic thinker with ability to execute tactically. Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple deadlines.
PREFERRED
Experience in media, television, or entertainment marketing. Familiarity with tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello). Social media fluency and digital campaign experience. Eye for design and copy.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs), walking, and standing may be required. Travel up to 10% for meetings, trainings, and events. Standard office environment with moderate noise; prolonged computer use expected.
