Ideal locations would be Madison, WI; Dallas, TX; Lexington, SC; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA; Denver, CO; Sacramento, CA or San Diego, CA. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

Leading the proposal development process, including go/no-go and proposal kickoff meetings, content creation, strategic input on project and team selection, layout and design, and close-out/archiving
Preparation and guidance on interviews
Developing marketing materials and content
Leading award submissions
Developing and managing the annual marketing plan schedule and budget for identified business unit(s)
Coordinating business development calls and providing appropriate reports
Organizing and attending tradeshows and conferences The successful candidate will have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related discipline plus 2 years of experience OR associate degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related discipline plus 4 years of experience OR no degree plus 6 years of experience The ideal candidate will have experience in any/all of the following: Leading & developing proposals (RFP/RFQs)
Adobe InDesign; Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; and CRM databases
