Knowledge of the District’s mission, core values, and vision. ▪ Proficient knowledge of the District brand and strategies to ensure consistent messaging. ▪ Knowledge of engagement metrics specific to various channels (for example, social media, email, District website). ▪ Proficient knowledge in data analysis of key engagement metrics such as conversion rates, clickthrough rates (CTR), and Net Promoter Score (NPS). ▪ Expert knowledge of technical computer applications, video editing software, social media platforms, and graphic design tools relevant to the position. ▪ Knowledge of District policies and procedures that pertain to the specific responsibilities of the position. ▪ Knowledge of District safety and security procedures. ▪ Ability to identify trends and patterns in user behavior across different channels and touchpoints. ▪ Ability to develop and maintain a clear brand, articulate the District voice, values, and key messages effectively. ▪ Ability to align engagement metrics with overall District objectives.
