BDC Sales Representative:
Respond to Internet customers’ inquiries and ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on BDC / Internet sales Generate appointments by means of outbound prospecting and lead activity management Respond to email inquiries in an expeditious, professional, well-spoken manner Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection Be consistent daily in all follow up via phone, text and email Stay in contact with consultants through cooperative actions and connect customers proactively Qualifications/Requirements –
