Our passion is to provide an excellent customer experience in a warm and caring environment to each and every guest. We are located in the heart of Nashville in the Green Hills neighborhood.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Increase membership sales and retail sales Greet and check out clients while providing excellent customer service Book appointments in person, via phone/test, and via social media Contribute to efficiently run front desk operations including lead management and marketing efforts, reporting, and other activities. Maintain a clean and inviting environment
REQUIRED SKILLS
1+ years customer service or retail sales experience Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work some weekends and some evenings Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
