Full Job Description About Us:

A local Nashville distillery is seeking a versatile and motivated Marketing Coordinator to assist with a variety of marketing tasks across multiple areas of the business. This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day marketing operations, content creation, and events. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and able to take on a wide range of projects as priorities shift.

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a flexible and motivated Marketing Coordinator to assist with a variety of tasks supporting our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organization, and enthusiasm to a role that touches many aspects of the business—from content creation to event support to day-to-day marketing operations. No two days will look exactly the same in this role—you’ll jump in where needed and help the team drive our brands forward.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Supporting social media efforts (content creation, scheduling, monitoring) Capturing photos at events, in the distillery, and for marketing use Helping plan and execute marketing events and promotions Providing general support for marketing campaigns and projects Assisting with brand activations and experiential marketing efforts Coordinating marketing materials and managing inventory as needed Handling a range of administrative and operational marketing tasks Assisting in the creation of visual and written marketing content

Skills & Qualities:

Comfortable using Canva for creating graphics Basic photography skills Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, etc.) Excellent organization , time management , and communication skills Team player willing to take on a variety of projects Able to manage shifting priorities and work on multiple projects at once Willing to work some evenings and weekends for events when needed Nice to

Have:

Experience with marketing, events, or content creation (experience via internships applicable) Familiarity with standard marketing tools or project management platforms Interest in the spirits, music, and motorsports industries
