- Strategic selling team Position Overview We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for the tactical execution of marketing initiatives, including supporting digital marketing campaigns, content development, event marketing, internal marketing, and more.

This role will work directly with the Marketing Director to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and brand-building initiatives across all four of our divisions. Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic digital marketing, communications, and advertising plans.
- Partner with the Marketing Director to manage branded templates, visual identity guidelines, and the general capabilities presentation to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
- Support event logistics, including promotional materials, registration tools, and on-site or virtual coordination needs.
- Ensure MRG’s brand and identity are consistently represented across all campaigns and communication channels both internally and externally.
- Support Business Development with content updates (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), distribution of marketing materials, reporting, and providing guidance aligned with campaign launches and sales goals.
- Support product marketing initiatives by assisting in the development and distribution of product-focused content, collateral, and messaging to drive awareness and engagement.
- Execute basic content updates on the corporate website.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met across internal teams. Provide promotional guidance and usage instructions to Business Development, and support marketing leadership with planning documentation, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Monitor competitor websites and social media activity; share insights with the Marketing Director.
- Support internal marketing and communication initiatives.
- Manage, optimize, train, and build automations in CRM
- Support the Marketing Director through collaboration to develop creative concepts for video content aligned with brand storytelling, including Mechanical Pros content & growth
- Create high-quality print and digital graphics for various projects, including flyers, social media assets, programs, advertisements, publications, signage, and more.
- Own scheduling all social media on all channels and provide analytics on posts and engagement.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience 2-3 years of relevant work experience required Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills Good written and oral communication skills required Ability to perform well in a team environment with colleagues and vendors at all levels and manage multiple deadline-driven projects to meet business goals Must be a flexible and organized self-starter who is solution-oriented with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva Flexible personality and quick learner who operates with a sense of urgency Marketing Automation Tool (i.e., HubSpot) experience is a plus
