The Marketing Coordinator will enhance and maintain Tennessee Retina’s online presence and provider relations. This position manages our digital platforms, including website content, social media, and online reputation. The role also supports marketing initiatives such as provider outreach, event planning, and survey management. Graphic design expertise is highly desirable as the position may evolve into a shared role with other RCA practices needing graphic design, creative, and other marketing functions. Responsibilities Branding Develop and maintain brand standards for TNR and its various lines of business Develop branded templates for internal- and external-facing documents, PowerPoint presentations, and email signatures Create and/or Update practice documents Online Presence Management Regularly update and manage content on the TNR website and social media channels. Collaborate with website vendors and marketing coordinators to ensure content accuracy and relevancy. Create and curate multimedia content, including news blogs, practice updates, photos, and videos. Oversee the management of third-party NAP profiles (e.g., Google Business, WebMD, Healthgrades, etc.) to ensure accurate and consistent information. Content Creation and Design Develop and execute digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, web banners, video, and photography. Build and maintain an active photo and video library for company use. Coordinate with the Marketing Director, other Marketing Coordinators, and external vendors to design, produce, and order printed and digital materials and media. Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality visuals. Event and Outreach Support Assist with planning and executing physician dinners, meetings, and continuing education events. Support event logistics, including venue arrangements, invitations, and post-event correspondence. Conducted site visits to referring offices, delivered end-of-year gifts, and provided branded materials as needed. Maintain referring provider data and outreach notes in company systems. Reputation and Satisfaction Management Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation across various platforms. Utilize vendor tools to track patient and provider satisfaction and generate reports for management and physicians. Work with vendors to optimize the distribution and reporting of satisfaction surveys. Charity and Employee Events Collaborate with HR and the Wellness Committee to promote and support charitable events and employee initiatives. Create and manage promotional materials for charity sponsorships and internal events. Required to travel to provider offices. Education, Training, and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with physicians and other professionals. Attention to detail and organization. Experience with website content management systems and social media platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) is desired; proficiency in graphic design is also preferred but not mandatory. Photography skills are desired but not required. Understanding of HIPAA privacy and security policies. Typical Physical and Working Demands Position requires prolonged walking, sitting, bending, stooping, and stretching. Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity are sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment is required. Employees must have a normal hearing range and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
