This fun, fast-paced Entry-Level Sales Associate role is perfect for someone eager to dive into Nashville’s craft beer scene, working with bars and restaurants across Metro Nashville. You’ll sell our beer portfolio, featuring flagship beers Lovebird and Bearwalker, and help fuel our expansion as a regional leader. With our extensive sales training course, you’ll gain craft beer industry expertise, launching your career with a dynamic, growing brand.
Responsibilities :
Sell Jackalope’s beer portfolio, featuring flagship beers Lovebird and Bearwalker, to bars, restaurants, and retailers in Metro Nashville. Build strong client relationships through calls, emails, and in-person visits, bringing high energy to drive sales during our growth phase. Pitch new accounts and expand existing ones to boost sales of our beer portfolio, including core beers, seasonal releases, and limited editions. Represent Jackalope at beer tastings, festivals, and promotional events, showcasing our brand’s momentum and innovative beers. Track sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using KARMA, our CRM software. Collaborate with the sales team to meet ambitious revenue goals and support Jackalope’s aggressive expansion in Metro Nashville and beyond. Handle administrative tasks, such as order processing and delivery coordination. Stay knowledgeable about Jackalope’s beer portfolio, promotions, and industry trends to represent our growing brand confidently. Promote Bar Jackalope in Wedgewood-Houston as our cultural flagship, encouraging clients to engage with our vibrant taproom.
Skills & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related fields a plus). High-energy personality with a passion for craft beer and thriving in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to excel in a fun, fast-paced role. Self-motivated and resilient, able to handle rejection while maintaining enthusiasm for our growth mission. Comfortable working evenings/weekends for events (e.g., beer festivals, promotional activities). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with KARMA or VIP is a plus but not required. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Metro Nashville and occasionally beyond. No prior sales experience needed—our extensive sales training course will teach you how to sell effectively in the craft beer industry.
