Marketing Coordinator:
Support the Marketing Manager with daily activities and marketing initiatives. Plan, schedule, and manage all social media content; respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews. Create and post photo galleries, before/after stories, blog posts, job stories, and case studies. Write and post press releases and update website content as needed. Visit job sites to capture photos, videos, and customer success stories. Plan and coordinate home shows, including registration, payments, booth setup, and teardown. Update and manage customer reviews and feedback, including responding to Google reviews. Audit lead sources in i360 and correct inaccuracies. Marketing Coordinator:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of intern or professional experience in marketing or communications. Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, planning, and time management skills. Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems. Ability to juggle multiple tasks with keen attention to detail. Experience with event planning is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn new software platforms.
