Job Description
. We’re looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Media Operations Specialist to step into a key role supporting digital campaign execution. This is a mission-critical position focused on ensuring advertising campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and fully optimized for performance tracking. Core Responsibilities Include:
? Build and update ad placements, campaigns, and taxonomies ? Work within CM360, IAS, and related platforms to traffic and QA creative assets ?? Execute in-platform builds, audience changes, and creative swaps ? Ensure flawless campaign QA—pre- and post-launch ? Ongoing campaign maintenance and process refinement ? Maintain clean documentation and alignment across systems
Who We’re Looking For:
?? Experience with CM360 and IAS is highly preferred ?? Detail-obsessed with strong organizational skills ?? Able to work independently and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment ?? Strong communicator, especially in cross-functional and digital media teams This is a great role for someone who knows digital ad operations inside and out and is ready to jump into a fast-moving, high-impact role.
