Heritage at Irene Woods is recruiting for a hospitality focused Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team! The Marketing & Sales Coordinator works in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the community and/or specific instruction from the Director of Marketing and Sales. The Marketing & Sales Coordinator performs all the necessary functions of ensuring a successful move-in of all future residents. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a
Marketing & Sales Coordinator:
Assist the Director of Marketing & Sales with scheduling experiences, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating event logistics. Track and maintain Salesforce, ensuring all leads are recorded, updated, and followed up on promptly. Respond to phone and on line inquiries, provide general information, and assist with scheduling tours for prospective residents and their families. Support the execution of on-site tours and sales events, including set-up, greeting visitors, and providing essential community information. Facilitate the resident move-in process by coordinating paperwork, scheduling move-in dates, and ensuring a seamless transition. Staffs the office to meet business needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Serves as a backup for inquiry calls, walk in tours and scheduled appointments. Participates in marketing events as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing. Help implement marketing campaigns, distribute promotional materials, and maintain social media engagement to attract potential residents. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn Salesforce software. This community embraces a culture of hospitality.
