Job Description
. Are you someone who thrives on keeping projects on track and teams aligned? We’re looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our project team across planning, execution, and completion of initiatives that make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
? Coordinate schedules, meetings, and timelines across cross-functional teams ? Act as the go-to liaison between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients ? Keep project documentation in order—notes, reports, timelines, and plans ? Track deliverables and manage project workflow using tools like JIRA ? Monitor project risks and issues and help keep everything running smoothly ? Support the team with administrative tasks and presentation materials
What We’re Looking For:
?? 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations ?? Proven ability to juggle tasks, manage deadlines, and stay ahead of project timelines ?? Strong written and verbal communication—you know how to keep everyone on the same page ?? Detail-oriented mindset—you don’t let anything slip through the cracks ??
