Job Description
Our client, a home services company in the Nashville TN area, has an immediate need for an Event Planner / Producer to plan and produce a range of trade shows and marketing events (golf tournaments, sponsored events, conferences, etc.). This long-term, 40-hour per week, contract role can be
FULLY REMOTE
with the exception of possible travel to marketing events and trade shows. The client is headquartered in Nashville, so the ideal candidate is located in or around the Nashville area for ease of onboarding and the potential to convert to a full-time, permanent employee.
Marketing Event Planner / Producer responsibilities: Plan, execute, and promote marketing events and trade shows across the US and CanadaDevelop strategic event plans, coordinate with vendors / venues, and oversee logisticsWork with marketing team and agency partners to create event marketing materialsEvaluate event performance to optimize engagement and impactEnsure brand continuity and elevate marketing materials / trade show booth experienceSupport travel and accommodations for event attendeesMarketing Event Planner /
Producer Qualifications:
Professional experience planning and producing large-scale corporate events, trade shows, etc. Experience with Event Management tools and best practicesStrong understanding of marketing principles and event management practicesStrong organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsStrong project management mindsetIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
