The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, social media and community with the desire to grow their skills with a growing company. This role involves community outreach/networking, conducting market research, creating content, and coordinating various marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
Duties Community Outreach/Network:
Attending community and networking events (Chamber of commerce, etc.) to enhance and create partnerships and brand awareness.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the CEO and creative partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and effective communication. Client Relationship Management- manage and build relationships with key clients on a consistent basis.(marketing professionals, assistants, executives etc.) Keep these clients up to date with all of our products and services. Studio Management – help coordinate and manage various projects and duties within our production studio for: In-house productions, client rentals and more.
Content Development:
Create and edit marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, email marketing, brochures, etc..
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and update company websites, listing sites and social media profiles, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Event Coordination:
Organize and support collaborative events to promote our studio and build partnerships within the professional and creative communities.
Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating project timelines in-house and with select clients. Skills Growth mindset and understanding of marketing, creative, and businesses principles and best practices. Proficiency/ willingness to learn digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media management tools, email marketing software). Excellent social, people and verbal communication skills, with a high social battery. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
