Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Advertising & Performance Manager to join our team of performance-driven marketers dedicated to delivering measurable client success. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta —while also collaborating with our SEO team to craft effective digital strategies. The individual will take ownership of analytics for campaigns, websites, and SEO efforts, using data to optimize performance and drive results from click to conversion. This is a hands-on position for a data-driven marketer who excels in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will monitor, manage and control campaigns directly, develop strategies, and provide clear, actionable insights to team members and clients. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising:

Manage daily operations of Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta Ads + campaigns, including setup, execution, and optimization. Perform keyword research, write compelling ad copy, adjust bidding strategies, and manage budgets to maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing (ads, landing pages, etc.), and implement adjustments to improve results. Stay current with Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta and other platform updates to leverage new features and opportunities. Share KPIs, results and strategies in easy-to-understand terms for non-tech teammates and clients. Proactively provide insights on challenges and uncover new opportunities.

SEO & Digital Strategy Development:

Partner closely and collaboratively with our SEO team to align paid campaigns with organic efforts and enhance overall digital performance. Develop and recommend digital strategies tailored to client goals, KPIs, and market trends. Work with the creative team to ensure ad content and landing pages support campaign objectives. Collaborate with the client success team to translate client needs and perspectives into effective digital solutions.

Analytics & Performance Optimization:

Oversee analytics for digital campaigns, websites, and SEO using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and platform-specific dashboards. Set up and manage GA4, tracking tags, and reporting systems to monitor key performance indicators. Analyze data to provide actionable insights, generate performance reports, and recommend optimizations. Identify and address technical issues affecting campaign or website performance, collaborating with developers as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

Proactively test and refine campaigns, strategies, and analytics setups to boost efficiency and results. Keep abreast of industry trends, advertising platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta campaigns with a proven track record of success in tracking and improving ROI from these campaigns. Deep working understanding of digital advertising from paid search to social media advertising and more. Experience working with SEO teams and contributing to broader digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics tools, with the ability to interpret data and create detailed reports. Excellent ad copywriting skills and a creative mindset for campaign optimization. Analytical thinker with a knack for turning data into new actionable strategies and opportunities to clients. Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and present insights Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented growth company environment while managing multiple priorities.

Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn. GA4. E-commerce experience highly valued Experience with additional platforms like programmatic advertising a plus. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and

HTML/CSS.

Previous work in conversion rate optimization (CRO) or technical SEO. Experience with content management systems (CMS).
