Responsibilities:
Develop and manage content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Design marketing materials including flyers, posters, email campaigns, and newsletters Coordinate patient referral programs and internal promotional campaigns Organize and attend local events, school visits, and sponsorships Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, Yelp, Facebook) professionally and promptly Update website content, blog posts, and promotional information Track marketing metrics and report on campaign effectiveness Capture photo/video content in-office (with patient consent) ⸻
Qualifications:
1+ years of marketing experience (orthodontic/dental/healthcare preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Highly organized with strong attention to detail Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with patients and the public Understanding of HIPAA compliance in marketing is a plus Experience with dental/ortho software (Cloud 9) is a bonus ⸻
