Staffer – Events & Décor Support Party People Events and Decor Nolensville, TN 37135 Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong background in event planning and management. This role involves transforming spaces for various events, ensuring that every detail aligns with the client’s vision. The Decorator will work closely with clients, vendors, and other team members to create memorable experiences through innovative decoration and design. Duties Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and vans with event decor, furniture, and hardware. Match inventory with pre-event checklists to ensure all required items are prepared for transportation. Set up event venues according to design plans, which may include arranging furniture, hanging décor, lighting placement, and floral support. Break down and pack up post-event materials, ensuring items are returned and stored properly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas. Ensure careful handling of delicate and high-value decor items. Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients on-site. Work flexible hours , including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights as per event schedules. Lift and transport heavy items (up to 50-75 lbs) safely and efficiently. Willing to travel across Nashville and occasionally to out-of-state events in KY and AL. Requirements Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus. Ability to follow checklists and instructions with precision and attention to detail . Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times. Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from Nolensville. Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods. Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Travel and overtime pay available for out-of-town events.
