Boulo Solutions is partnering with a growing high-end lighting manufacturer and distributor based in Foley, AL seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow a dynamic sales and customer service team. About the

Role:

This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who knows how to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. Initially, you will focus on direct outreach and nurturing inbound sales leads. Once you’ve gained a strong understanding of the business and sales cycle, you’ll transition into managing a small but growing team—including two sales consultants and customer service reps.

Responsibilities:

Actively handle inbound sales leads and drive sales during the initial months Manage, coach, and develop a small inside sales and customer service team Build scalable sales processes and a strong cadence for outreach and follow-up Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer experience and revenue growth Train and mentor the team on consultative selling techniques and phone skills Monitor KPIs, set performance goals, and track progress toward team and individual targets Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine sales strategies
